TDS Telecommunications LLC achieved a score of 90 out of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s (HRCF) 2025 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), a leading benchmark for corporate policies supporting LGBTQ+ workplace equality.
The CEI evaluates employers on nondiscrimination policies, inclusive culture initiatives, and corporate social responsibility, affecting over 22 million U.S. workers. TDS’ policies protect gender identity and sexual orientation, and its 2BU Associate Resource Group (ARG) supports LGBTQ+ inclusion. In June, the group raised the Pride flag and donated $1,000 to Madison’s OutReach LGBTQ+ Community Center.
TDS also prioritizes supplier diversity, working with minority-, women-, veteran-, and LGBTQ+-owned businesses to drive economic growth and inclusion.
