Telephone and Data Systems, Inc., parent of Madison-based TDS Telecommunications Corp., announced the acquisition of MSN Communications, Inc. of Colorado for $40 million. MSN is an IT infrastructure hardware solutions company with 104 employees. It generated annual revenues of $99 million in 2012, according to a release.
