TDS Telecommunications Inc., a subsidiary of Telephone and Data Systems Inc. is interested in purchasing all of the telecommunications assets of Sun Prairie Utilities, according to a release.
A non-binding letter has been signed between the two parties, indicating TDS’ interest. The agreement means TDS can further explore potential collaboration on the deal, and the companies are hoping to sign a definitive agreement by the end of March.
