TDS fully launched TDS Mobile to all of its customers except those in California after months of rolling out the new service.
The TDS Mobile plan includes nationwide 5G coverage, unlimited talk and text, a 30-day money-back guarantee and no contracts.
Prices begin at $13.95 per month by the gigabyte and $29.95 per month for unlimited.
“Since TDS was founded over 55 years ago, we have worked tirelessly to bring advanced technology to small- and mid-sized communities across the country,” TDS COO Shane West said in a statement. “We’re proud to add TDS Mobile to our portfolio of products and give our customers the nationwide 5G coverage they expect.”
TDS Mobile is offered exclusively to existing and prospective TDS broadband customers. Those who make the switch to TDS Mobile can keep their current device and phone number.
The launch represents the company’s efforts to upgrade its internet network and service footprint in rural and underserved areas.
