TDS Broadband Service, which is operated by Madison-based TDS Telecommunications Corp., a subsidiary of Chicago-based Telephone and Data Systems, finalized its acquisition of InterLinx Communications and its subsidiary, Tonaquint Networks, in St. George, Utah. Terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition only involves broadband services although a spokesperson told the Wisconsin State Journal that TDS also offers cable TV to the St. George market.
