TDS Telecommunications Corp., a subsidiary of Telephone and Data Systems Inc., purchased the telecommunications assets of Sun Prairie Utilities.
TDS will immediately begin construction of a high-speed fiber optic network and launch up to 1 Gigabit internet, TDS TV, and phone service for Sun Prairie residents, according to a release.
Terms were undisclosed.
