TBF to host July luncheon with focus on feminism

The Business Forum (TBF) on July 10 will host its July luncheon, themed Feminism: How it Means Different Things for Different Populations. Discussion will center on the global roots of feminism and feminist movements, exploring their cultural, social and bureaucratic history.

The event will be held at the Nakoma Golf Club and virtually, with networking beginning at 11:30 a.m. and lunch at noon. It will feature Ankita Bharadwaj, who works for the University of Wisconsin and is a radio host of a show and podcast called Subtle Desi Traits. Bharadwaj was appointed by Gov. Tony Evers as secretary of state council of affirmative action and is a former Young ATHENA recipient.
