A Sawyer County judge has issued a temporary restraining order blocking Gov. Tony Evers’ order limiting public indoor gatherings to 25% of a room’s capacity, according to a report from Wisconsin Public Radio.

The temporary injunction comes after the Wisconsin Tavern League filed a lawsuit against the order stating it “flatly ignored” the state Supreme Court’s previous ruling on another COVID-19 emergency directive.
