Total Administrative Services Corp. (TASC) of Madison has acquired Concepts in Benefits (CIB) of New Hampshire for an undisclosed amount as part of the company’s growth-by-acquisition strategy. TASC also acquired Madison-based eflex earlier this summer.
The acquisition includes CIB’s book of business and nine workers. Employee numbers in Madison will not be affected. TASC, which employs about 850 workers nationwide, including about 340 in Madison, is a third-party administrator of payroll services and benefit plans.
