After hearing from neighborhood residents, developer T. Wall Enterprises has revised its plan for Wingra Point 2, a mixed-use project for the corner of Park Street and Fish Hatchery Road. According to a report in The Capital Times, the original plan for a six-story structure with 186 apartments over 13,000 square feet of ground-level commercial space has been downsized to 173 apartment units over 9,330 square feet of space. Neighborhood meetings are still underway as the project moves through the early planning stage.

Wingra Point 2 would be located across Fish Hatchery Road from T. Wall Enterprise’s recently completed Wingra Point apartment complex, which has 67 units.
