T. Wall Enterprises is scheduled to make an informal presentation to the Urban Design Commission for a five-story, mixed-use building that would offer commercial space and 80 apartments at 900 John Nolen Drive, near the Alliant Energy Center. The proposal includes a 10,000-sq.-ft. green roof for tenant use, rooftop outdoor meeting space, and loft units.
