A Reynolds construction crane storage lot behind the Constellation apartment tower could soon be replaced by an apartment building. T. Wall Enterprises wants to build a 185-unit apartment building at 710 E. Mifflin St. that would include about 200 underground parking spaces. The building would include studio apartments, one- and two-bedroom units, and possibly three-bedroom spaces, depending on demand.
