A mixed-use plan from T. Wall Enterprises that was initially approved in 2015 at the corner of Fish Hatchery Road and South Park Street is being disputed again, according to the Wisconsin State Journal.

The original plan was for a five-story, 164-apartment structure with five live-work spaces and 6,000 square feet of commercial space, particularly along Park Street. Due to cost and space restrictions on the 1.6-acre triangular site, the developer has since downsized the project to a three-to-four-story version with 156 apartments, five live-work areas, and commercial space slashed to 1,965 square feet.

The project is currently stalled before Madison’s Urban Design Commission.
