T.J. Maxx at Westgate Mall will be moving across the street and into the old Big Lots space at Whitney Square in September, according to a Wisconsin State Journalreport.
T.J. Maxx will join Sierra, a TJX-Cos.-owned retailer of outdoor and adventure clothing and gear, as well as Office Depot and a Dollar Tree.
Meanwhile, Hy-Vee, which owns Westgate and had planned to redevelop it years ago, is looking for a developer again after plans failed to materialize with a Missouri firm.
