Michael Moderski was elevated to president and chief operating officer at McFarland State Bank on Dec. 31, succeeding Steven Swanson who retired but will remain on the bank’s board of directors.
Moderski has been with McFarland State Bank since 2009 and most recently served as chief financial officer. E. David Locke is McFarland State Bank’s chairman and CEO. Ami Myrland, the bank’s current controller, will serve as acting chief financial officer.
