A survey developed by Robert Half claims 39% of workers do not plan to use all the vacation time they’re given. Their top reasons: saving days in case they need them later (38%) and a fear of falling behind at work (30%). Some (12%) say they just don’t like to take time off. The national survey, conducted by an independent research firm, was based on 436 telephone interviews with U.S. adults working in an office environment.
