Results from a survey of Madison Teachers Inc. (MTI) posted to a member’s Facebook page show that 94% of the approximate 1,000 respondents are opposed to returning for in-person classes in the third quarter, according to a report from the Wisconsin State Journal.
The full survey has not been released but MTI Executive Director Ed Sadlowski said the results are accurate. Carlton Jenkins, superintendent of Madison schools, said a decision will be made by Jan. 8 on whether in-person learning will resume for at least some students.
