Nearly 68 percent of respondents to a Wisconsin Tech Council survey of business leaders expect their business to start recovering this summer or fall.
Thirty-five percent of the respondents expect the U.S. economy to take a year or more to recover. The 111-response survey was conducted April 16–23.
