SupraNet Communications, Inc. has acquired Mad City Broadband, a member of the Metropolitan Unified Fiber Network. The transaction is effective Jan. 1, when Mad City Broadband takes on the SupraNet name. Mad City Broadband specializes in high-speed wireless and fiber optic networks. SupraNet is a Madison-based business-to-business Internet Service Provider.
