Super Steel, a Milwaukee-based metal manufacturer, says it’s growing at such a rapid pace that it will hold a job fair to find qualified employees. The fair will be held on Saturday, July 14, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., at 7900 W. Tower Ave., Milwaukee.
Among the open positions, on all shifts, are: welders setup, which pays up to $19 per hour; welders craftsman, up to $24 per hour; laser operators, up to $18 per hour; setup brake operators, up to $24 per hour; electromechanical assemblers, up to $20 per hour.
Super Steel said up to $1,000 in signing bonuses are available to welders and brake operators. Other benefits include health insurance, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) plans, paid time off, and wellness.
Those who attend the fair are asked to bring a resume, and welders are encouraged to bring a helmet for on-site testing. For more information, call 414-355-4800.
