Sun Prairie’s public library was recently renovated and expanded for $26 million.
The expansion and remodel added a children’s space and nearly doubled the size of the Sun Prairie Public Library, the Wisconsin State Journal reported.
Residents celebrated the new space in a dedication ceremony on Friday.
The project took 23 months to complete and brings the space to nearly 60,000 square feet.

The Sun Prairie Public Library Foundation raised $3.5 million for the project.
