Sun Prairie Cabela’s breaks ground

It won’t be too long before the area’s only Cabela’s store rises in Sun Prairie’s Prairie Lakes Shopping Center near Target, Costco, and Marcus Cinemas. The Nebraska-based specialty retailer purchased the land in June in a deal brokered by Lee & Associates, and a groundbreaking for the 83,000-square-foot space was held recently. When it opens in 2015, it will be the fourth Cabela’s location in Wisconsin.
