Sun Prairie-based Palmer Johnson Power Systems has acquired the assets, territory rights, and inventory of Mill Log Equipment Co. and Mill Log Wilson Equipment Ltd. from Twin Disc Inc. Terms were not disclosed, but the deal is expected to close March 4.
Palmer Johnson Power Systems is a distributor and authorized service provider for the off-highway industry; Mill Log is a commercial marine, oil and gas, and off-highway company in the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada.
