Sun Prairie’s Joint Review Board has unanimously approved a tax increment district to assist with the redevelopment of the Main Street corridor between Ruby Lane and Kroncke Drive. “With TID #11, we’re sending a clear message that the City of Sun Prairie is willing to do its part to help make things happen here,” said Neil Stechschulte, Sun Prairie’s director of economic development, in a release.
