Summit Credit Union, a member-owned financial cooperative, is again the top mortgage lender in the state of Wisconsin, according to data collected under the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act.
In addition to holding the state title, Summit Credit Union has been the No. 1 mortgage lender in Dane County for more than a decade.
Summit provides mortgages and Home Equity Loans and Lines of Credit (HELOCs) throughout Wisconsin. The financial cooperative offers both in-person appointments with mortgage loan officers at its locations and online video appointments.
