Summit Credit Union is building a new, full-service branch at 5809 Monona Drive, next to the Silver Eagle Bar & Grill.
The 3,700-square-foot branch with four drive-up lanes and 19 parking spaces will open in mid-December and employ seven people including a mortgage loan officer.
