A 12-story student housing building is being proposed for 222 N. Charter St. in Madison by developer Stopple Revocable Trust.
According to the Wisconsin State Journal, the tower would include 100 bedrooms, balconies, and a roof terrace.
The developer would like to break ground in spring and open the building in the summer of 2019.
Knothe & Bruce Architects is handling the design.
