Developer Joe Krupp has created a plan to raze the vacant Wingra Creek Center, at 1224 S. Park St., and replace it with a $12 million, mixed-use project, according to a report from the Wisconsin State Journal.
The half-acre project includes a new structure with 4,062 square feet of first-floor commercial space, 59 apartments, and underground parking for vehicles and bicycles.
