Stoughton-based STI Holdings, Inc., parent of Stoughton Trailers, LLC, has acquired Barrett Trailers, LLC of Purcell, Okla. Terms were not disclosed. Barrett makes trailers that are primarily used for hog and cattle hauling, such as gooseneck stock trailers, groundload livestock trailers, and semi livestock trailers. The Barrett name will remain, according to a release.
