The Stoughton Chamber Music Festival is returning this year with four chamber music events performed by classical musicians from the Midwest, Ireland, and more, according to the Stoughton Courier Hub. This summer’s feature programs are called PERSPECTIVE and SPACE.

The festival will start with two free events: a Preview Concert at Grand Inspired Gallery on Aug. 14 at 7 p.m. with guest poet Katrin Talbot, and the annual Children’s Concert at Christ Lutheran Church on Aug. 17 with shows at 1 and 2:30 p.m.

The PERSPECTIVE performance will be held at the Stoughton Opera House on Aug. 23 at 7 p.m. and Aug. 24 at 4 p.m., featuring Thomas Adès’ clarinet quintet Alchymia. SPACE, taking place at Chorus Public House on Aug. 31 at 7 p.m. and Sept. 1 at 4 p.m., will include compositions by Madison composer Micah Behr.

PERSPECTIVE and SPACE tickets can be purchased online or at the door.
