Stoughton Area School District hosting Transition Resource Fair with 25-plus community agencies

The Stoughton Area School District will host its second annual Transition Resource Fair at River Bluff Middle School, located at 235 N. Forrest St., on Wednesday, March 6 from 5:30–7 p.m., the Stoughton Courier Hub reports. The event provides an opportunity for students with disabilities and their families to connect with a number of outside agencies and providers.

With over 25 community agencies attending, there will be a variety of resources related to respite, employment, leisure, independent living, communication, benefits, and health care.
