The U.S. stock market’s strong numbers on Tuesday have it inching toward its record heights, according to an Associated Press report.

The S&P 500 increased .3%, while the Dow Jones Industrial Average increased .7%. The Nasdaq composite increased .8%. As of 1:13 p.m., they sit at 6,899, 47,892 and 23,831, respectively.

Wednesday will bring news of the Federal Reserve’s interest rates, which will likely be cut, and companies will announce summer earnings. Plus, President Donald Trump’s Thursday meeting with China’s leader Xi Jinping could sway Wall Street’s numbers, depending on what kind of trade deals are solidified.

Profit and revenue reports have been the main drivers of the stock market increases. United Parcel Service and PayPal both posted increased profits at 7.8% and 8.3%, respectively.
