Statewide events will share WMR findings, celebrate state manufacturing

Manufacturing Month in Wisconsin is kicking off with the release of the third annual Wisconsin Manufacturing Report (WMR). This is a comprehensive manufacturing report based on interviews of over 400 manufacturing executives and five focus groups around the state. The report was made possible in part by WMR sponsor First Business Bank.

Events will be held across the state Oct. 3 and 4 to share the study findings and celebrate Wisconsin manufacturing. The dates, registration links, and schedules are as follows:

  • Oct. 3 at UW-Stout in Menomonie, with 8:30 a.m. registration, a 9 a.m. presentation of the 2023 Wisconsin Manufacturing Report, 10:30 a.m. Q&A and networking, and an optional UW–Stout tour to follow;
  • Oct. 3 in Brookfield, with 3:30 p.m. registration, a 4 p.m. presentation of the 2023 Wisconsin Manufacturing Report, and 5:30 p.m. Q&A and networking; and
  • Oct. 4 in Green Bay, with 3:30 p.m. registration, a 4 p.m. presentation of the 2023 Wisconsin Manufacturing Report, and 5:30 p.m. Q&A and networking.
