The Wisconsin Dept. of Workforce Development is partnering with Google Cloud to process unemployment insurance claims and release payments faster, according to a report from Wisbusiness.com.
The collaboration will use predictive analytics based on historical data to shorten the time it takes to make decisions on claims, categorize claims based on different attributes, and detect fraud.Â
