State Street’s Tutto Pasta is leaving its current location after 27 years to merge with sister restaurant Sass on the Capitol Square, according to NBC15. It will vacate its current spot on the 300 block of State Street and be renamed Tutto with a Touch of Sass.
The hybrid restaurant will offer a mix of the two menus. The current Tutto location will remain open through Nov. 26, and Tutto with a Touch of Sass will launch on Dec. 1. Owner Joe Perkins cited financial reasons for the decision.
