Gov. Tony Evers has appointed state Rep. Chris Taylor, of Madison, to the Dane County Circuit Court.
The appointment fills a vacancy that will be created on Aug. 1 as the result of Judge Jill Karofsky’s election to the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
