As the State of Wisconsin Investment Board (SWIB) moves from its two-story office building at 121 E. Wilson St. to the new space at Madison Yards near Hilldale, its downtown location will open for redevelopment, according to a report from the Wisconsin State Journal.

The prime downtown Lake Terrace property is nestled between the 10-story State of Wisconsin Administration Building and the 12-story Marina condominiums. A variety of uses for the property have been recommended in a downtown redevelopment plan, and all are within the maximum height of the Capitol View height limit.
