The Tavern League of Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Restaurant Association are working on a bill to allow take-out cocktails in Wisconsin, according to a report from The Capital Times.

The bill aims to offset some of the pandemic-related restrictions on indoor dining and bars by allowing bars and restaurants with a Class B license to sell mixed drinks and glasses of wine to go in tamper-evident containers. The measure mimics similar efforts in more than 30 states. The groups are currently looking for co-sponsors for the bill.
