State improves job-growth ranking

It wasn’t a huge gain, but Wisconsin improved its rank in private-sector job creation by two spots, from 37th to 35th, according to numbers released by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. Between September 2012 and September 2013 (the most current data), 28,351 jobs were added, amounting to an increase of 1.2%.
