State golf courses allowed to reopen April 24

According to an extended stay-at-home order from Gov. Tony Evers, Wisconsin public and private golf courses are considered nonessential businesses that can reopen Friday, April 24, with the following restrictions:

  • The use of golf carts is prohibited;
  • Social distancing requirements must be observed at all times;
  • All tee times and payments must be made online or by phone;
  • Clubhouses and pro shops must remain closed; and
  • Driving ranges and miniature golf must remain closed.
