The State of Wisconsin Department of Administration awarded a 24-month contract to Madison-based Cascade Asset Management to provide e-Stewards and NAID-certified recycling of electronic waste and IT asset disposal services to state agencies, municipalities, tribal governments, and public schools throughout Wisconsin.

The new contract provides for the secure recycling of computers, hard drives, TVs, monitors, handhelds, and peripherals. It also includes secure destruction of data, including on-site data destruction, and resale of reusable equipment.

A state-certified minority business enterprise, Cascade offers businesses and institutions a secure, environmentally responsible, and cost effective method for the disposal of unwanted IT assets. The company operates over 60,000 square feet of production space at plants in Madison and Indianapolis.
