StartingBlock Madison announced a partnership with Summit Credit Union to introduce the “Summit Credit Union Fellowship for Women Entrepreneurs,” an initiative designed to support, empower, and catalyze the growth of women entrepreneurs in the region.
The Summit Credit Union Fellowship for Women Entrepreneurs will offer the following to four female entrepreneurs:
- Mentorship: Fellows will be paired with seasoned entrepreneurs and industry leaders, gaining invaluable insights and guidance;
- Workspace: Access to StartingBlock Madison’s state-of-the-art coworking space and its network of innovative startups; and
- Workshops and training: Tailored workshops focusing on essential business skills, from pitching to financial planning.
Applications for the fellowship will close on Oct. 8. A panel comprising industry leaders, StartingBlock representatives, and Summit Credit Union executives will evaluate the applicants based on their business idea’s viability, potential impact, and alignment with the fellowship’s goals. Applicants should reside in south-central Wisconsin and be able to attend in-person programming at StartingBlock.
