Starion Financial completed its acquisition of WPS Community Bank on April 10. As a result, 14 WPS employees joined Starion, and John Hecht, formerly the president/CEO of WPS Community Bank, was named Starion Financial’s market president. He will oversee the company’s three Madison area branches: Monona, Middleton, and Sun Prairie.
