East side Madison’s Stalzy’s Deli will continue to sell its products, including bread, rolls, deli meets, cheese, lox, potato salads, and more, directly to customers; however, it will no longer function as a restaurant, the Wisconsin State Journal reports. The business will also continue to supply the roughly 20 restaurants that currently use its products.
Owner Neil Stalboerger said wholesale has been growing and he plans to use the seating area for bakery production going forward. He also plans to hold future pop-ups and bread-making classes.
The business will operate Tuesday–Sunday from 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
