Springs Window Fashions announced donations of almost $200,000 to six nonprofit organizations serving Dane County residents in need. The organizations are:
- RISE: A Madison-based nonprofit that focuses on children, families, and young adults;
- Middleton Outreach Ministry: Funding for the needs of the homeless, rental assistance, and food distribution;
- Community Action Coalition: A donation to the Coats for Kids drive provided the necessary funding for coats for children of all ages in Dane and Jefferson counties;
- Madison Food Pantry Gardens: Funding was provided for the garden to build a needed well;
- United Way of Dane County: A donation was designated to 211, a local hotline providing information on where to get assistance across a range of services; and
- Stone Horse Green: A green space area open to families and friends in Middleton.
The company also has updated its paid time off policy to support the volunteer efforts of its associates.
