Springs Window Fashions will acquire MechoSystems Inc., a New York-based solar shade manufacturer, according to a release. The Middleton-based window-covering manufacturer has signed a “definitive agreement” for the acquisition. Terms were not released. MechoSystems’ management team and its “go-to-market strategies” will remain intact. The transaction is expected to be finalized within the next 30 days.
