Springs Window Fashions of Middleton has acquired Horizons Window Fashions, a northern Illinois maker of custom shades and other window treatments. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Springs Window Fashions will retain Bill O’Connor, president of Horizons, and the transaction will not affect the size of either company’s workforce, according to a release.
Horizons Window Fashions, a privately held company founded in 1891, has locations in Waukegan and Gurnee, Ill.
