A new spring roll business, Roll Foods, has come to the Seven Nights Grab ‘N Grocery, a miniature indoor farmers market recently opened at 1511 Williamson St., according to the Wisconsin State Journal.
The space has been home to cold-brew coffee producer Let It Ride and other businesses, including What Got Gathered — which produces and sells hot sauces, jams, and kimchi — and Milwaukee-based Fern and Nettle — which offers soaps and lip balms.
Roll Foods was opened June 1 by chef True Garlynd, a former sushi chef.
The farmers market also sells Farmer John’s cheese, Moon Dog Farms eggs, and pork products, among others. It is open Monday–Friday from 10:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
