Dick Powell is no longer owner of the Riteway Plaza where the Shell gas station was located at the southwest corner of Highways 14, 23, and County G in Spring Green after selling it to Kwik Trip. Kwik Trip has started work on the building as of January, according to the Independent Star News.
The property was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright apprentice Charles Montooth, and Powell has a verbal agreement that the building will remain intact to keep its character.
