Spherion Staffing and Recruiting in Wisconsin announced Wednesday it was presented with the Direct Hire Market Area of the Year and Marketing Excellence awards at Spherion’s 2026 National Meeting.
Locally owned and operated by Austin Kassner, the team was recognized for its strong growth and continued commitment to connecting local businesses with qualified talent.
It has earned Direct Hire Market Area of the Year for the fifth time since 2013.
Additionally, the team was recognized for its marketing, including its weekly Hiring Happens newsletter.
